CNC Precision Cutting of Aluminum Material up to 4 inch thick x 96 inch wide x 480 inches long.

We can use your existing AutoCAD drawings or other.dxf files, We also can read many other files shch as .igs or.stp files. If required we can produce from scratch a complete drawing. We also can reverse engineer an existing part using the Romar Arm to replicate the part back to a CAD file.

Cutting, using our state of the art CNC Milling Routers, will result in production parts cut to a tolerance of ±.005, with repeatability for any given number of parts. "First Artical Inspection" is always performed, and in-process inspections are also performed for production runs. All parts are debured, cleaned, and boxed for protection in transit.

We operate 3 CNC Milling Routers: The Largest has a Working Area of 96 x 480 inches which affords a wide range of part sizes that can be cut.

Vacuum Hold Down System: Allows exact positioning of the material, and insures no marring to the finished part surface. It also provides efficient cutting using the Hi Speed cutting feed rates of up to 220 inches oer minute.

Nesting : Your parts from a AutoCAD drawings or other .DXF cutting files offers the best plate usage. We can quickly determine the best plate sizes using the least pounds of raw material.

PLATES CAN NOW BE MILLED TO EXACT REQUIRED THICKNESS
When a part section requires a thickness not available from standard plate stocks , we can efficiently mill plate to the required thickness.

This allows control of overall machined part weight requirements and affords design implementations not available before.

After all parts have been nested, our advanced toolpath software allows for selection of individual parts to be milled to the desired thickness.

CONTOUR SHAPING OF PARTS
Part Design is no longer limited to a single thickness, Complex Contour Shaping of the part is available . Keep the thickness at desired points , remove excess weight by removing material from non critical or structural requirements.

Reverse side Contour Shaping affords design applications at reasonable production cost.

Efficient cutting of individual parts :is greatly increased with the utilization of the high speed CNC Router. Cutting Tolerances easily are held to ± .005 and can be even tighter if required for certain applications. All outside cutting radius can be perfectly square and inside radius can be as low as .063 dia.
